El Dj Nacho Peña inicia en Bogota (Colombia) una gira por varios paises, llevando su musica y sonidos "House"

Primero sera Bogotá, la capital de Colombia, quien reciba los sonidos creados por el Dj torrelaveguense Nacho Peña. La cita esta programada por el C.A.C., Corporación de Arte Capital, en el Club Cinema de Bogota. Posteriormente sera Brasil, concretamente las ciudades de Sao Paulo y Rio de Janeiro, para regresar a Europa y participar, el 6 de diciembre, en una gala especial en Londres. De momento, desde hoy y durante 3 dias, será Bogota quien conozca sus sonidos House, con nuevos matices, tras haber sido el responsable de las noches, los martes en Ibiza y en la mítica sala Pacha. He has played in some of the most influential clubs in ibiza and continues doing so.

From an early age Nacho was influenced by his father who also was a Dj and who first brought him in contact with the decks and the music tendencies of the late 80s and the early 90s. Although since 1994 he played music in various clubs of his home land Cantabria in a non – continous way, since he combined it with his studies, in 1996 he becomes the resident of the “Kroker” club in Torrelavega during winter and of the “PatPal Disco” (Suances) in the summer. That year he took part in the Juvecan Festival 1996 (Feria de Muestras de Torrelavega) where the Djs of the best clubs of Cantabria met.

He stays in those clubs until 1998, when he temporarly abandons his job as a resident Dj so that he can centre on his studies as a Telecommunications Engineer (although he continues playing in specific parties). It is in 2001 when he starts working again as a resident in “PACHA Santander” where he stays only for one year only to move to his residence in the mythic “Distito 9” of Bilbao.

In 2004 he enters The Image Djs team as a Saturday resident Dj, where he continues creating his house sessions, meeting more fresh Funky and Latin sounds, orientated to transmit the “groove” that this type of music carries. Nevertheless without neglecting the technique he always thought that a good session is the one that manages to transmit to the public the energy and the consistency of a good story.
